SMU moves from American to ACC

Big 10 will have 18 schools (add Oregon, Washingto, USC, UCLA)
Big12 will have 16 schools (add Arizona, ASU, Colorado, Utah; lose Texas, Oklahoma)
SEC will have 16 schools (add Texas and Oklahoma)
ACC will have 18 schools (add Stanford, Cal and SMU)

However the 69 P5 schools decre by one to 68 P4 schools losing Oregon State, Washington State but adding SMU.
