Did Charlton sneak in on the sidelines and call that play for him.actually 6:36 - he throws a down and out a yard short of a 1st down.
Practice is "the game." Where NFL scouts watch players in one-on-one drills.Bell now hurt in practice man. We talking about practice man. Not the game, we talking about practice man.
I could not understand his decision to play in this game. His focus should be on the combine. He could have played a month ago, then rested, and worked on his game.

Ideally you want to outclass everyone and be invited to the Senior Bowl (where the better competition is).
Always been my favorite!you cannot tell me white block C helmet isn't the COLDEST lid we have.
beautiful 🤌🏼
He looks like a pro quarterback to me - mark my words - he will be solid backup 3-4 years from today. It's his accuracy that will land him a gig in the league. He looked sharp. Crazy how good he looks when I’m not emotionally invested.
I do not think any team will put a flyer out by drafting him. There are probably a few teams that have an eye on him as an UDFA and he will be invited to a camp. From there, foot (or arm) in the door.He looks like a pro quarterback to me - mark my words - he will be solid backup 3-4 years from today. It's his accuracy that will land him a gig in the league.
6th to UDFA currently. But if he has a stell combine (in invited) performance he'll push him self to the mid roundsI do not think any team will put a flyer out by drafting him. New England could use someone like that as the backup. Clipboard holder future QB.QBs tend to be over drafted. As the saying goes it only take one team to like you. He still has opportunities to impress. His strength is processing speed and that is difficult to access.
If he noy playing in Uconn's game due to th epossobility of injury does it make sense to play in this game? Wouldn't he be more susceptible to injury playing with players (especially the offensive lien) who have not played together and maybe have a couple of practices before this game?
I don't think he gets drafted. It's a crap draft for QBs and Joe isn't in top five. He will get signed as an FA. And he's got the kind of brain that could keep him in the league for a decade or more.I think he gets drafted. Somewhere between rounds 5-7. He sees the field and goes through his progressions well. You don't throw 5 picks over the course of 2 years at the FBS level unless you know how to read the defense, regardless of the teams you're facing. I don't think NFL scouts are overly concerned he wasn't consistently playing against P4 competition because he performed well when he did play those teams. He has decent size and his arm strength is passable. You could do worse than Fagnano for a backup QB

His ball protection is elite. In 3 years at UConn, 6 picks.I think he gets drafted. Somewhere between rounds 5-7. He sees the field and goes through his progressions well. Tyler Sough was 25 when drafted to be a starter. Generally agree that he will be a UDFA which when you get to the later rounds is generally better for the player. But there is certainly a chance he gets drafted.Won’t he be 26 on draft weekend? Not sure teams are drafting 26 yo backup qbs, but when u get to round 7 the math changes to can I get this guy as a UDFA or do I spend a pick, so he could go there
