His shot was his biggest weakness and it looks like its getting better!

He shot 40% from 3 last season at NC State it's his FT shooting that needs work

I hope he could sustain a year-long effort on the practice court. Having him chomping at the bit as a bench warmer for a full season, could affect his practice demeanor and sustained development. I hope not; I really do. He is such a huge possibility for the team for 2014-15. I ask: Is he allowed to play on exhibition games at all?

There is no way that a kid that wants to play in the NBA (and has the skills) is going to do anything but improve with a year of practice under KO's direction.

I will be thrilled to have Purvis on the roster next season. He was great in high school and will be great for us with 2 years of physical maturation and development. The future is bright in Storrs.

I have a hard time believing some people think purvis WON'T be our starting pg in 2014-2015. That's what Ollie envisions him as. Line up - RP,Calhoun,DHAM,recruit X,Nolan. this does put a lot of pressure on purvis to make serious strides as lead guard though.

I think Devin Robinson or Abu both fit perfectly into that roster, either way, thats an explosive, athletic team.

Ill pretty much bet the house on AMA getting the most out of his potential. Hell max out just because his work ethic. That lineup with AMA would make me pursue season tickets for 2014, every game will be good for a few highlights.
