I really never thought about the aspect raised in the article, of your last game for your team being your injury, because of course in many cases there is a red shirt or in most cases the player isn't already in their 5th year.; I can see how it would be especially crushing.

Same thing happened to Whitney Hand at Oklahoma... Played nine games as a RS Senior before going down with another knee injury.
