Unfortunately once they stopped making the replicas with the number of current players (I think Boat was the last guy who had “his jersey” sold as the main replica for the year) it’s just been a copy of the jersey for the year with a random/historical number. Occasionally you luck out and get some cross over like this year where the replicas used number 1 and it also applied to RJ’s number, but the standard practice has been to use 15, 34, or 50 more often than not.
Quite honestly, eBay is the way to go. In the last two years-ish I’ve found El-Amin, Caron, Gavin Edwards, Marcus Williams, and Denham Brown jerseys that were all either unworn or in perfect condition and 100% legit. You’ll see the knockoffs for sale there as well, but you also come across some pretty rare/cool finds as well
