Blue Star's #2 & Hoopgurlz #7 6'4" Lindsey Jarosinski isn't a top 60 player?

Being from NorCal, I can tell you HG #9 and BS #22 Kiara Jefferson 5'9" PG from Sacramento is definitely said to be a top player, yet not in PN's top 60.

3 years out is always tough to evaluate - limited exposure and developing bodies, plus a pool of players that hasn't been winnowed down yet.

You have to take into account the different approaches used by ranking/rating services. For example PN does not rank a player until they have seen them play live and evaluated them.
Others ESPN requires two different evaluators before players are move up or down on into top. Between 2008-2010 I was heavily invested in this-I should have been give a PHd. Very inexact process but some good people involved who will actually write back if you drop them a note. Bret McCormack & Chris Hansen, Mel Greenburg among them.
