A few teams really mine the international market, but most are either US border teams getting Canadian interest or just happy chance.
Wonder about the Spanish players - US coaches cannot feel too certain about their long term commitment with recent history.

USF has had success with Spanish players.

At the moment, two of them, Flores 8.2 ppg and Pujol 19.8 ppg are starting.

USF didn't sign any international players in the early signing period.

We did sign a college transfer and a US HS player. We likely will add one more US HS player to this class.

I doubt we sign an international player in the 2017 class.
