Progress on the practice facility

For those who are a tad "older", and used to watch the football games from the hill overlooking Memorial Stadium, there is now a camera up there which is filming real time the progress on the practice facility.

I know one of our BY'ers put the link out here maybe 3 weeks ago, but i have it saved and check it every day. I can tell you that there are workers there all the time (from 8-5 or so) working on the project. I know they are just working on the foundation now, but it's great seeing so much energy going into getting it built!

The live cam will be awesome when it's finished - they can take a snapshot each day of the progress, and super speed it (or whatever it's called) to show the facility being build over a 1 minute time period.

Warde Manual said it would be 14 months from the starting date in mid-April 2013.
I would gladly settle for being 'good to go' come September 2014....and the arrival of Courtney Ekmark, Sadie Edwards and Gabby Williams....and hopefully a couple more.

Thanks Blake..........From the drawings and photos I have seen , the facility should be a top of the line arena and a great recruiting tool going forward. And as you said, Courtney , Sadie , Gabby and friends , will get First Dibs.

Every time I look at the web cam, all the workers seem to be standing around doing nothing. Then I look a few days later and it's surprising how much progress has been made. This must be a stealth project, like a stealth bomber, because I never actually see anything being done.
