For those that are new to the game and others that have forgotten it is requested that discussions other than prognostications of the game should be posted on other threads that your discussion pertains to. UConn plays their 5th game of season at the inaugural Bah Mar Women’s Championship in Nassau, Bahamas against former PAC-12, now WCC opponent Oregon State Beavers is playing their 6th game of the season and are currently 1-4. They have 5 players returning from last season, 4 of which played, with a combined average of 14.2 points, 57.3 minutes and 9.5 rebounds per game. Junior Forward Susana Yepes did not play due to injuries. The remainder of last year’s team either graduated or transferred out. Scott Rueck has coached OSU since the 2010-11 season and has compiled a 298-159 record, with the loss to UConn he will only be 2 losses shy of matching all of Geno’s losses over the last 39+ years.
UConn has played Oregon State only once, in the 2016 Final Four Semi-Final wining 80-51 in Indianapolis where Stewie and Company won their 4th consecutive NCAA National Championship and UConn’s 11th NC. OSU a team that made it to the Elite Eight before losing to South Carolina last year has their only win so far this season against Div 2 Northwest Nazarene 80-52, while their losses are against Colorado State 65-59, Minnesota 73-38, ASU 79-60 and Illinois 85-66.

- The winner must be named, either UConn/Huskies or OSU/Beavers. No predictions like "85-55 the good guys", will be accepted if there isn't a winner stated.
- If prior to the closing of the Prognosticator’s Predictions, you wish to change your prognostication you must submit a new prediction by stating that you wish to change your previous prediction and provide the post number of the original post. If the request for change is submitted prior to the closing of accepted predictions, you will receive a "like" letting you know that it was accepted and changed.
- If someone believes that they have been missed, or someone notices that another fellow Prognosticator has been by the gamekeeper, then it must be brought to the gamekeeper's attention within 24 hours of the posting of the winner(s) game thread.
