Prognosticator's Predictions Game 17 UConn vs Georgetown (1/11/25 4:00PM Eastern)

For those that are new to the game and others that have forgotten it is requested that discussions other than prognostications of the game should be posted on other threads that your discussion pertains to. If you wish to prognosticate your prediction that is okay if you post your score. The winner/s will be posted soon after the game’s completion.

UConn plays their 17th game of the season with a road game against the Georgetown Hoyas in DC, UConn won the first game at the XL Center 79-44. The Hoyas are currently rated #109 by Massey are currently 8-7 and 1-3 in conference play winning against Xavier 64-41 and their other conference losses are @Seton Hall 74-71 and at home against Nova 77-62. Their Massey SOS is #99, with their best out of conference win against #60 Richmond and worst is against #89 FGCU 66-57. This game is without Paige, but if UConn plays defense like they did against Xavier and makes their 3’s they will win the game.

All predictions and any changes must be submitted by 3:45 PM Eastern. Any submitted after the cut-off will not be accepted.

• The winner must be named, either UConn/Huskies or Georgetown/Hoyas. No predictions like "85-55 the good guys", will be accepted if there isn't a winner stated.
• If prior to the closing of the Prognosticator’s Predictions, you wish to change your prognostication you must submit a new prediction by stating that you wish to change your previous prediction and provide the post number of the original post. If the request for change is submitted prior to the closing of accepted predictions, you will receive a "like" letting you know that it was accepted and changed.
• If someone believes that they have been missed, or someone notices that another fellow Prognosticator has been by the gamekeeper, then it must be brought to the gamekeeper's attention within 24 hours of the posting of the winner(s) game thread.
• This game won’t be close, I believe that UConn will play all available players and everyone will eat. UConn 85 – Georgetown 48.
