I gave @Monte an incorrect score, they had the MOV, but they were also only 2 points off of the actual score. Being 2 points off of the actual score is nine points, while being correct on the MOV is six points. As in accordance with the rules the higher of the two is awarded. I wish to thank my auditor @YKCornelius for catching my error. Attached is the corrected standings.
