For those that are new to the game and others that have forgotten it is requested that discussions other than prognostications of the game should be posted on other threads that your discussion pertains to. UConn plays their 11th game of the season against with UConn going for their 2nd consecutive win against and a 3-1 overall record against the Iowa State Cyclones in the second game of the double hitter at the Mohegan Sun in the Basketball Hall of Fame Women’s Showcase, Seton Hall vs LSU is the first game, Kim lucks out again. The first game was a 69-56 win at Gampel, their second game was the Sweet Sixteen game in Cincinnati, OH where Stacy Frese led the 4 seed Iowa State to the upset of the NCAA Tournament with a 64-58 win over #1 Seed UConn. This led to my Purdue Boilermakers winning their only National Championship. On 03/28/10 in the Sweet Sixteen game against the Cyclones in Dayton, OH was a 74-36 trouncing with Maya insuring the win scoring 16 of her 25 points in the first 9 minutes of the game. This will be the Cyclones’ 13th game of the season going 9-3. Iowa St has played only two rated in the Massey Top 50 and lost both. They’ve played 7 of their 13 games against teams rated between 197 to 362 and has only one win to a team rated 75 or better win by Massey, #56 MTSU.

- The winner must be named, either UConn/Huskies or Iowa State/Cyclones. No predictions like "85-55 the good guys", will be accepted if there isn't a winner stated.
- If prior to the closing of the Prognosticator’s Predictions, you wish to change your prognostication you must submit a new prediction by stating that you wish to change your previous prediction and provide the post number of the original post. If the request for change is submitted prior to the closing of accepted predictions, you will receive a "like" letting you know that it was accepted and changed.
- If someone believes that they have been missed, or someone notices that another fellow Prognosticator has been by the gamekeeper, then it must be brought to the gamekeeper's attention within 24 hours of the posting of the winner(s) game thread.
- This game should be close, but UConn will play with intensity and in front of mostly a home crowd at the Mohegan Sun Arena. UConn 85 – Iowa State 68.
