With analysis like "I'm gonna go with yes to all those questions (the Swiss cheese aligns). DePaul wins 93-88.", you should be on the board with "negative" points.

Lets add to your woes. How about coming up with a points system for each prediction and team.

For example If you accurately predict the winning score you get 10 points , come within 2-5 points of the winners score they get 7 points. 6-10 gets 5 points, over 10 points you get 1 point. Use the same points system for the losing teams score. 5 Points for correctly predicting winner of the game, No points if picked team doesn't win. Could also come up with a points system based on Combined score of the game. Wouldn't be as accurate if you awarded points based on each team predictions.

Any point system can be devised, but the goal is find the most accurate prognosticaor for the season.

There is a points system and it’s assumed that’s based on picking the winning team. Never thought that UConn would lose so didn’t clarify
