Prognosticators Game 11

Well... since I’ve only made predictions on a few games any hope of cracking the “leaderboard” seems like a lost cause, but here goes anyhow.
UConn 98-45.

Memphis 92 UConn 91 double OT.
The problem with guesstimating the final score of this and other AAC games is as KLS says, they are foregone conclusions. \
How about predicting PT for the Frosh/sophs
If healthy Walker 15 minutes, AEH, 10, Mykala 7 , Alexi 5, Touly (no Frosh) 13, Irwin 7, Molly 4

The players were given a printed itinerary for coming back from Toronto and their break. But there was a typo, and it said the next game is set for 1/31/18. So, without most of the starters (still at home), UConn started Molly and the four freshman who had come back “early” for some extra gym time. Final score: UConn 90, Memphis 55.

True story.

Has to be, I read it on Twitter.

When do the trap games for UConn end? I see a super tough start for UConn similar to the Oklahoma game. The team spends a lot of time on Beal St and thinks the game will be like Walking on Memphis. The defense bails out a shaky offensive effort.

Uconn 128
Memphis 8

I'd be surprised if it's not a 2-fer, unless the bench plays 15 minutes and struggles.

UConn by 102-44.

At last! After more than a week and a half, the ladies have a game.

I'd think they'll show some rust for the first quarter and then run away with the game. As with many others, I hope to see the frosh and Batgirl get some quality minutes, sprinkling them in with the starters.

Jim Fuller notes Memphis's poor A:TO ratio of 158:265. They average over 20 TOs per game. Look for them to have 15-20 by halftime today, leading to LOTS of easy points for the Huskies.

I just compiled the 34 posts and I came up with a average prediction.... UConn 97 Memphis 49. After reading the thoughts of everyone I think my original score is way to low for UConn and way to high for Memphis. UConn will be in the 100s and Memphis will not see 45

GregP if you had used the average of all posters who gave a score you would have been spot on with the score.
