Last year they looked completely in sync in December. They had a happy look on their faces in warm-ups and moved like a well oiled machine as the cliché goes.

The only starter missing is Blake Dietrich. It's amazing how much one player influences a team! They would get huge leads and the starters would be sitting on the bench early in the first half in all the games I attended.

This year they've already lost 3 times.

I'm going to see them play at Penn this Saturday.

PS: I hope Blake gets another shot at a WNBA team next season if she want it.

Great post- I'll bet that coach will have them doing better by Feb March.

Princeton is playing a tougher schedule and doing so with a target on their backs. After last season, it is not possible for them to sneak up on anyone. Seton Hall, Ohio State, and Dayton can be called respectable losses.
Hmmm didn't know that- sounds like an up and coming Geno-

Here is some Princeton trivia.
Michelle Miller is the Tigers leading scorer this year.
She played out here in Southern California during her HS days.
One year, the 2010/11 season she led all scorers in the Southern Section, covers LA County, Orange County, Riverside and San Bernadino.
Here are the top scorers that season from Max Preps, check out who #13 was.

I am not 100% certain but I think she played one season of club ball with KLS on Cal Swish. If not KLS, then with her sister Karlie.
Enjoy the game.

I think the problem is deeper that that.

I went to the legendary venue- the Palestra in Philly, yesterday to watch Princeton play Penn. Princeton started out as ice cold as it has been in the Midwest for the last month. Their substitute guard Taylor Brown scored 5 quick points when she came in and helped get them back in the game but the coach didn't stick with her for some reason. Princeton ended up losing with the game coming down to them missing their last shot to tie.

The big problem is that no one has taken Blake's place in running the team.

Up for debate is whether or not Princeton would be undefeated once again this season with her still playing.

I say "yes"!
