4 Collegiate Sports Broadcasts hit the top 100 prime time ratings this past year. UConn Hoops was involved in the top 3 programs; the only College Football game, the Big Ten championship ranked #71 with 10.1M viewers.

#31 14.8M viewers National Championship UConn vs San Diego State
#38 13.0M viewers Final Four UConn vs. Miami
#42 12.2M viewers -- Final Four Bridge (lead-in to UConn - Miami)
#71 10.1M viewers -- Big Ten Football Championship

45 of the top 100 were NFL games including all but one of the top 20 (the other was the Oscars at #15); and 28 of the 30 broadcasts that rated ahead of UConn's national title (#22 was a Next Level Chef episode); the highest ranked NBA finals game came in at #35 (just ahead of the Grammys at #36).

Not sure the point of this. I’m sure whatever the Finals were would have had similar ratings.

No real point.. just thought it was interesting.

That said, only one of the two final four games showed up, so I wouldn't immediately assume that Miami - SDSU or FAU would've drawn the same ratings. I also thought it was interesting that none of the college football playoff games appear on the list.

Next Level Chef to the Big Ten.

2023 CFB championship game drew 17.2 Million viewers, lowest rated of the CFB games due to Georgia winning in a blow out. But, should be on the list.

Not sure, but here is the full list from Variety.... my suspicion is that's probably the total accumulating all the various broadcasts that run the show, so maybe in aggregate vs a single broadcast?

I'm not sure why you are so sure. In 2022 NCAA's top basketball game was #91 with 4.4 million fewer viewers. And it was a regular season game.

Maybe the UConn juggernaut was more interesting that you think.
