Really early thoughts on the league next year.

1) Cincinnati - a lot of returning talent. I like Tuberville.

2) Louisville - a lot of returning talent. Good team.

3) UConn - Offense will be much better. Defense will take a step back, but is still good.

4) Rutgers - I think Flood is better than Schiano

5) UCF - O'Leary's teams run very hot and cold, but he has been recruiting well for a while.

6) SMU - very young team last year.

7) South Florida - Holtz left this program in bad shape.

8) Temple - Addazio was a good coach. This is not a good program.

9) Houston - Levine is a terrible coach.

10) Memphis - this program is terrible.

Cincy at #1 might be too high. They are still the one team we've been having trouble with.

Just me but I have a feeling that Memphis will get better a lot quicker than most people think they will. This league is obviously a step up in competition for them and they'll likely finish in last place but I think Fuente has them going in the right direction. As to whether he actually stays there long enough to take the program out of the basement, I have no idea.

EDIT: As to whether our offense will be a lot better? I certainly hope so but I'll believe it when I see it.
