Practice Report for Baylor and Stanford

I didn't get to see UCONN and Notre Dame, but did get to see Baylor and Stanford.

I can report that shooting seems to be affected NONE. Sims was draining threes and the O sisters were making jumper after jumper. Chiney is a much better shooter than I remember he being. BG threw down some major dunks, including one from a pass thrown off the backboard.

The Baylor autograph line wrapped almost at least half-way around the arena walkway, if not two thirds and many did not get an autograph because the line was so long. Since you guys haven't heard this phrase enough, I called it the "Griner effect."

One other note: Mariah Chandler is going to be a force next year. Bringing her back is going to be like bringing in a second top recruit. She looks quick and strong and her lefty shot is beautiful. She is going to get some major playing time next year, as will freshman Prince.
