With the end of the season approaching, here's the recruiting classes for some of the jobs that might open up (based on this article from ESPN and Goodman's take here) ... just looking at guys ranked in top ~150 composite rankings:

#10 Nico Mannion (PG, 6'3, 180), Arizona
#11 Josh Green (SF, 6'6, 190), Arizona
#35 Zeke Nnaji (PF, 6'11, 215), Arizona
#54 Terry Armstrong (SG, 6'6, 185), Arizona
#93 Sahvir Wheeler (PG, 5'8, 175), Texas A&M
#129 Chris Harris Jr., (SG, 6'3, 195), Texas A&M
#131 Ismael Massoud, (SF, 6'8, 200), Wake Forest *plays at MacDuffie with Bouknight
#140 Tyreek Smith, (PF, 6'8, 205), Texas A&M
#153 James Bishop (CG, 6'2, 170), LSU
#156 DJ Thorpe (C, 6'8, 230), California

Any others to keep an eye on?

Nnaji would be awesome! Also Green or Armstrong. But, really, we just need to bring in some quality depth so Hurley can prune the bad apples.

A couple of these kids will likely end up staying on the west coast. Wait for UCLA to get a new coach and they may poach one or two if Miller leaves.

That would seem to be the the most logical here, and would be very welcome.

Not an immediate contributor from the couple times I saw him. Not sure our staff would be interested, tbh

Kai Jones please (~Top 50 center at Brewster)

How reliable is that guy? Smart has 4 guaranteed years left on his contract and unless another program is willing to pay him close to his current salary and his buyout (although I'm assuming Texas is willing to forego that), he ain't going nowhere. I can't imagine Texas cares enough about hoops to pay $13M plus another $3M+ a year for a coach.

Texas has another 5* center coming in this class, 7' Will Baker of Texas, who will probably remain committed, so it's quite possible that Kai Jones would reconsider if Shaka leaves.

Money isn't a problem for Texas.

Other than the P5 schools who signed them ;)

All right, you got me. There were three, two signed P5 (Stanford, WVU). Akinjo, who was supposedly the best of the group, went to Georgetown and was the only one with meaningful minutes and results.

The point I was trying to make was that IMO, Shaka recruited better players than KO.
