Positives from Towson

1. Whitmer, Davis and Phillips all seem on the same page. The intermediary and deep routes were there. Timing was great. Protect and stay in pocket and they will click all season.

2. McCombs ran the ball hard looking to quell the talks of his sub-par 2012.

3. Deshon Foxx looks to be a great option in the slot. Can come in motion and is great in space.

Offense looks to put up numbers this week and I expect them too.

I agree with #1 (when Whitmer has time and is in the pocket) and #2 is debatable but #3 is pure fantasy.

All I saw from Foxx was one jet sweep run and one dropped pass that was right on his hands. Don't you think it might be best to see him actually catch a pass first?

Team didn't quit. Went all-in on comeback effort even when it looked bleak halfway through the 4th down 16. If Lemelle doesn't put the ball on the ground, I think they win.
