That's kind of a yes but. Lots of conjecture, e.g. someone stated that she had been at one of UConn tournament games, many others stated that after her LSU visit she was going there and I think another stated that UNC was an interest. But really nothing definitive from her or Geno at this point.
Unless you have sources, you statement "are in consideration by or considering UConn." is just speculation on your part.

I just subscribed to Skim Milkey's paid Discord server. She held a live chat last night and shared that Serah Williams will be visiting UConn next week, her choice is down to UConn vs. LSU, and LSU is courting her heavily. It sounds like Serah has not, in fact, visited UConn yet, which matched my suspicion. (I was at the first- and second-round NCAA tournament games at Gampel, with a pretty good view of the seats behind the UConn bench and didn't see anyone who looked like her; but who knows if my eyesight can be trusted, or if she was sitting in the "family and friends" section?)
