Poll Who's in your Starting Lineup. Dorka or Aubrey

I don't think Geno makes a change to the starting lineup once Dorka is fully healthy. However, who would be starting if you were coachingthe team? Dorka or Aubrey.

IMO I think with Aubrey starting the team is quicker, has better flow in transition offense and Aubrey has the ability to drive into the post to get points on her own. Aubrey is better able to guard smaller quicker players. Dorka gives the team more size, better passer out of the low post and can bang with opponents bigger post players. Dorka has the ability to launch shots outside the 3 point line.

I'd rather she didn't launch them.¹

Dorka. No question. Caroline will start over Aubrey very soon if Dorka isn't back. After that I expect her to start over Lou. After the first few weeks of the season we will, God willing, have a relative embarassment of talent on the bench who will each play significant minutes. Ayanna is coming on strong also.

I don't see anyone replacing Lou. You need that reliable scorer.

When Dorka and Caroline are ready/healthy, Aubrey and Lou should be getting their minutes off the bench. And they will get plenty of minutes.

I guess it’s just me, but I’m of the opinion that who finishes is more important than who starts.

Badda Bing Badda Boom. Simple sports math. No attack @ the OP but so early in the season and why pit fans against Dorka or Aburey?

It has already been posted that Dorka will not be available for at least two more games. Why bash her?
I don't do the polls like this because it is available to all the players just like the fans. Nothing but slander for someone.
I am 100% behind who is ever able under the leadership of the coaching staff to be in the game starting or not be able to perform when needed.

Donovan Clingan was the MVP of the men's tourny and did not start any of the three games. Maybe a different perspective for some?
With all due respect and kindness we have a lot of dancing to do before the big one. Those that worry this early in the season should get to the local pharmacy and get their NCAA booster shot.

Dorka, When Uconn faces bigs , Aubrey when Uconn needs quickness. The next 5 games will cement Uconn's starting five. GO ALL PLAYERS!!! GO HUSKIES!!!

I am not sure it is a fair question to Aubrey. She is a very athletic versatile guard who can play against anyone on the court.
She is not 6’5 and is not a center. We will desperately need her when we play the tougher athletic teams. The great thing about having talent is you can rotate accordingly. Why is it always Caroline or Lou or some other combo.
I think Aubrey may be better suited to start against the Carolina’s in the world vs Lou or Caroline. I would stick with the player that is most consistent day in and out.
