There's a company that enables a fan to send a direct payment to virtually any NCAA athlete that has a US bank account in exchange for their digital signature that's considered to be a piece of artwork.
It's both a website & an app named MyNILPay.
Apparently as long a the athlete accepts the money then the fan is sent their artwork in compliance with NCAA guidelines.
