The team is what it is.  Hurley's a confident guy and he had reason to be confident coming into this season.  The team has underperformed.  Some guys have not made leaps and others are not adjusting well to new roles.  It happens.  Last year was a freak show.  They don't come along all that often.

They're somewhere in the top 10% of D1 basketball teams.  They're going to make the tournament.  They could crap the bed in the first round and we'll feel like crap or they could get it together and go on a little run and at some point they'll probably lose and we'll feel like crap.  In other words it'll be a fairly typical March for an upper echelon college basketball team that doesn't quite get its  together.  There are worse places to be.
