HI all,

I know there have been some hot takes around in-game host Conor. I got some time with Conor for an episode of my podcast and wanted to share. Thought it'd give everyone some good insight into Conor and his roles at games:

Conor's fine. Anything that gives us less Tuite is OK by me.

I admit, although I don’t like the whole idea of having sponsored contests during every break, Conor seems to know his stuff about hoops and is not anywhere near as annoying as he could be - he is very professional. I think he does a great job. Also, I think he was at the Indiana game at MSG in some sweet UCONN suit, so he’s a fan too!

We talk about this right at the end of the pod! That was him in the UConn Christmas suit

Just listened. I like him. I have to tell my father to stop talking trash about him now - he doesn't like the "circus," as he calls it.

surely a great guy, great personality and voice, talented public speaker - role not needed
Exactly. What does it matter if he’s a good guy? We don’t go to games because of the Moe’s burrito challenge or the other garbage UConn throws his way.

Maybe find him another role in UConn athletics.

In a perfect world, I much prefer a less manufactured fan experience
I thought he jumped in front of Big Red a couple of times on Sunday which isn’t ideal.
