You've got a funny definition of "pleasurable". :)

What's the over/under on number of turnovers in the NC/BC game? 50?

Go BC. I want CVS to reach 900 before Hatchell. It's a long shot due to her needing one win, and CVS needing two. But I can always hope. :p

Seems like a moot point -- Hatchell will reach 1,000 wins; I doubt CVS will.

Stringer might not reach 900 this season :p

I'm getting an error message when I try to tune in...anyone else?

Hatchell will get to 1000? She's only 60 so 20 wins per year for 5 years would do it. But I'm real skeptical of that DeSheilds constructed recruiting class coming in next year. Hatchell has great talent every year and they seem to play worse and worse. Now there will be a very unique dynamic in place. Will Diamond feel as though it's her team and try to orchestrate a lot more than just getting the group to commit to the same school? It could be an explosion of talent that works or it could be a disaster by means of a power struggle between the players and the coaching staff. If they all get along it will be great but if not it will be curious to see if the coaching staff or the players get their way. Don't declare Hatchell a shoe in for 1000 just yet.

From 01-09 her teams averaged 29.5 wins per year. With the talent coming in, I think they could be that good in the next 4. I will be very surprised if she isnt at 1000 in 4years, let alone 5. And unlike cvs, who I don't think will make it past her contract end of 2015, hatchell will be around for awhile.

She has had a ton of talent in that program for as long as she has been there. My point was exactly that - " if the players don't cost her her job". Sounds like a reach given her tenure but when I heard the circumstances of how this class came together I couldn't help but wonder if they will have a huge sense of entitlement. As to your other point - C-Viv does need to retire.
