It's been hard enough to find 68 deserving teams to fill the bracket this season. The bubble is that bad.

Just imagine if they had expanded the tournament to 96 teams like some wanted. The bubble talk would include teams like Maryland, Georgia, Virginia Tech, and Oklahoma St.

Some even wanted 128 teams. If that was the case teams like St. John's and Rutgers might need to sweat it out on Sunday, but probably not.

Though even at 128, the PAC-12 would still be a 1 bid league. No doubt.

The expansion is stupid. I could barely tolerate the one play-in game. They had an excellent product that mesmerized the nation for several weeks each March and accounted for countless hours of lost productivity by American office workers. What more could you want?

Meanwhile, the one place where they need to expand tournament teams, 1A football, doesn't even have a playoff. Idiots

Amen to that. I can't think of one person that actually watches that stupid play-in nonsense.

I don't even like the idea of the four play-in games. If this is necessary however, I would change this and have the last eight at-large teams play-in. The way I see it, conference winners like Lamar, Miss Valley St, whoever, did everything they needed to do in order to get into the field. The at large teams who end up as a twelve seed had a dozen or more opportunities and blew most of them.

this is an excellent idea, actually. They're now saying Seton Hall are going to be one of the last four in. Seton Hall! It's unfair that they get to advance directly to the main field, where they will probably even face an opponent they can defeat. Having them play the extra games against the Mississippi States and UCLAs of the world would make much more sense.

I don't disagree with the premise. The good thing for the 16 seeds that play in is that their league gets a check for winning a round playing each other, so at least they get something out of it.

I personally don't think going from 65 to 68 is really that big of a deal. I wouldn't blame the expansion because its not like they added 30 teams, they added 3.

Um, if Seton Hall is one of the last 4 in they would have to play-in from Dayton.
