Except now it's another reason for ESPN to rip the quality of play in the Big East. Freddie Coleman already started this morning - premier team in BE gets beat by lowly Youngstown State, bad for Pitt, bad for the BE, yada, yada, yada, bite me!

Win our games. Thats what we can do. Starts with NC STATE.

Wait. Someone referred to Pitt as one of the BE's "premier" teams? How often has that been true over the history of the conference? Once? Twice?

Bullcrap. If Pitt went undefeated this year and won the championship ESPN would spin it as being great for the ACC.

At least this way we as UCONN fans can enjoy their horrible loss. ROOT against Pitt and Cuse hard all season.

But players like Tony Dorsett, Larry Fitzgerald, Darell Revis, and LeSean McCoy went there! Surely they are an elite program.
