As far I know the only bowl that's official so far is Beef O' Brady's Bowl which will be AAC vs CUSA/ACC.

There's some rumors of a LA Bowl, a New Orleans bowl, and a few others but nothing definitive.

I do think that the expectation is that at least half the bowl eligible teams will be bowling as back-up picks to P5 conferences that can't fill all their slots though.

UConn is in a southern, mid-major conference. Why would that conference get the Pinstripe Bowl?

From another board :

Likely AAC Bowl Lineup

1. Liberty- vs Big12 biggest and not sure we will get
2. Military vs ACC Likely
3. StPete vs ACC-CUSA lock
4. Birmingham vs SEC likely
5. Armed Forces vs MWC likely
6. Hawaii vs MWC. Good chance
7. Poinsetta vs MWC good chance
8. New Mexico vs MWC. Good chance
9. New Orleans vs Sun Belt. Good chance
10. Miami vs ACC-CUSA good chance
11. Texas vs Big12 not likely
12. Independence Bowl. Not sure on what are chances. They want P5 but doubt anybody will be left for them

some of these will fall through so expect 7-8 from that list

Membership in the AAC will probably get the Huskies an invite to the Toronto (Freeze your arse off Bowl).

It was actually pretty comfortable in the Rogers Centre and pretty much everything is connected underground. I'd go back in a minute - just wish it wasn't against a MAC team.

Last I checked the International Bowl is no more. That being said, it would be nice to have a bowl North of the Mason-Dixon line. However, the number of bowls found up North is two I believe, Pinstripe and Litte Caesers? It sucks losing PinStripe Bowl but as Nelson said, and I can't believe I'm agreeing here, we're no longer in a predominant Northern conference. Bowls wants fans to show up and the closer a bowl is to the school playing in it, the better off that bowl is. So a lot of our games are gonna be in the South.

I'm not sure why we'd get stuck with bowls out west but maybe those are our only options considering the MWC needs a playing mate now that the P5 have tried to distance themselves even further from the rest of us.

Drop Hawaii, Pointsetta, and New Mexico. Nice locations, but bad for AAC travel. Add Las Vegas w/MWC and it looks better than I anticipated. No good, but better than I thought.
