Photos Seton Hall-UConn Plus Kia Nurse Brother

Right after the UConn game on Saturday, which thanks to my friend Don for the court-side seat was able to get great photos. I went home then quickly got my luggage and drove to JFK to make my flight to Denver to visit my son Paul and his wife in Colorado. Been going non stop including a great hockey game last night. It has been a while since going to a hockey game so I choose Edmonton because of Darnell Nurse. The Oilers beat the Avalanche 6-4 and there were plenty of good fights.The last time going to see hockey was Rangers vs the Whalers back in the 1980's.
Today is a more of a rest day to get caught up on things so I am finally posting the photos of the UConn game. On the way back to Connecticut will be stopping in Oklahoma for the UConn game on the 19th. Visiting family is so awesome. Check out Irwin's shooting form. Textbook. She doesn't have the green light to fire whenever and they aren't looking for her but a lot of balls are going to go in with those mechanics.

I actually believe Kyla has the green light to shoot. In fact, if she keeps making her 3’s Geno’s going to get on her whenever she passes up an open look.

And...it wouldn't surprise me if Geno gets her on the floor in a "must have a 3" situation in a game, should that occur, to give him one more reliable shooter. Would have to believe an opponent would try to take Lou, CD, CW and even Meg out of the play...and chances are Kyla would be left open... never know.

Danny, ur awesome....it amazes me how the ref never saw Kyla getting “clocked” in the jaw. The second shot of that is very telling by the look on Samuelson’s face. Kyla’s a tough kid.
