Phoenix vs Chicago: Part Two

I was really excited about seeing this game to see how Phoenix stacks up against Chicago now that Taylor is back and BG has a little more ecperience under her belt, then DT picks up another T and will have to sit out the game.

Guess we'll have to wait for a playoff matchup to see both teams at full strength.

What did Dee get the T for? She's really been a loose canon and a major disappointment with her attitude. Unless I have it wrong and the WNBA refs are a bunch of morons, which is totally possible. Are they trying to make an example out of her? She certainly could go to Europe and make a lot more $ than laboring thru the WNBA if it's a crappy sitch for her...

I think it may be time for her to finally take that 'year off' that she talked about a few years ago - not sure what is happening with her in the WNBA this year, but I think she needs to recharge next summer.

Said it before and will say it again - DT complains when the foul is in the Merc's favor, never mind when it goes against them. Its an attitude thing. Actually have thought the ref's have been tolerant this year.

Will be at the San Antonio game Friday and watching on ESPN2 tomorrow. Go Mercury.

Also I happen to live in Phoenix...so therefore I"m most likely suppose to root for them...but eh.

Also,
Chicago has 2 former RU players on it's roster, where's PHX has zero....so yeah.

And Chicago is my 2nd favorite. Love to watch them play, really good team. I would love to say that the Lib is my 2nd favorite after some years as a season ticket holder in the beginning - but, truth to be told, they haven't been fun to watch for a while.

My wife and I embrace Phoenix as our sort-of local team; always liked DT, Penny Taylor and Candace (sp) Dupree. Add BG and you have a product we are enjoying.

I wouldn't have called it in real time, but in watching the move a few times on replay she did a little drag/skip with her pivot foot (left) as she began her spin. But who's counting
