PFF grades for Maryland game

I will go through some of the PFF grades position by position. This was only one game and the individual game grades can be volatile, but it does show some areas that need to be fixed. I have highlighted grades over 70 and grades below 50.

McDonald definitely looked liked our best tackling linebacker in the game. Hardy made some nice plays as well.

It also shows how shorthanded the DBs were and they couldn't come through.

Not surprised by fortins grade, he was one of the guys I saw mult times who’s assignment made a tfl or stop for short gain

Wright actually threw his body at a ball carrier after the Maryland rb was by him and then continued in for the TD. Thats like a flop for a db.

Brown has to be put on short notice at LB. The DB coach should also explain what the hell is going on. Again both are long running problems.

I actually did a rewatch and posted it in its own thread, the DBs were far and away the worst offenders, DL was the best followed closely by the LBs.

Safeties and corners must been awful. U in a 4-2-5 I guess u need safeties to make plays.

All of the DBs graded below 58 except 1. That is really bad.
