I don't know anything about this condition but I can weigh in on Yale.  We had an absolutely terrible time there with my dad.  He was brought in there to see a specialist who was supposed to be doing some groundbreaking stuff on his condition.  There was zero communication between the doctors and his primary doctor seemed totally clueless.  They did nothing for him and wound up discharging him so he could basically be comfortable dying at home.  The specialist he originally went into the hospital to see called my mom at home to ask where my dad was, my mom told her he was home in their bed and the specialist told her to immediately bring him back to Yale and he never should've been released.  This call was the morning of the day my dad died.

I don't like bashing businesses/hospitals/schools but it was the worst experience any of us have ever had.  My only advice would be to get a second opinion from a hospital other than Yale.
