Per-40 workbook unavailable

I have had to delete the per-40 workbook from my downloads directory as it contained a bad formula. Unfortunately, I'm not at home so I don't have a copy of the previous version with me to replace it.

Sorry. It'l be fixed on Saturday or Sunday when we return from Sedona.
