Before Berger committed to IU, a friend a I played (pre-Covid, ugh) hoops with saw her in an AAU tourney (he's a ref) and raved about her being an all-round guard. I dropped a line to ND but they had other players on their minds at the time (probably Katlyn Gilbert and/or Abby Prohaska). Her improvement from last year is superb.

And, I've joked about this, but Geno and Niele should hit Gorham, Maine to see if there are any more Holmes sisters.
If Berger is doing a Sabrina-lite, then forward McKenzie Holmes is doing a junior Megan Gustafsson. She reminds me of her. 👍 What a good get for the Hoosiers.
