Currently there is very little in the way of creature comforts for either the fans or the members of the team. For instance, I find the idea of having running water and real bathrooms on site to be very appealing, but maybe that is just me. And I'm sure the players will like the idea of lights, a turf field, and a locker room that they can call home.
