Peacock vs st johns

It particularly blows if the game starts at 4 pm local time so you have to go radio silent and watch the replay, because the commercials are interminable and don't allow you to fast-forward.
I just like Bart Simpson

Not always though. Peacocks made elite eight in 2022.

Good point - big miss by me!

Tonight's STJ would get whooped by a literal peacock playing basketball.

What's the average age of the poster in this thread. Just ask chatgpt. This isnt calculus. Chatgpt can find the answer in 2 seconds. Or just a regular Google search if u have AI issues... :)

Plus chatgpt can do calculus

I don't hate Peacock because I've been able to get a annual subscription cheap since it started and it's has lots of stuff I like. I do hate it because it sucks as an app for me. Among other things I get the yellow circle of death too often for no apparent reason. That doesn't happen for others.

HINT: Maybe things will change but I've found that Peacock gives the best deal when you go through all the CANCEL screens when your year is up.

So, I made it home around halftime and it looked lime it wanted me to join live.

So, I did, and then rewound it back to the start.

Not another dime from me on principle alone. I’ll listen to the radio or not at all, my life will not end if I miss a basketball game.

Hell, I’d rather give money to the ticket resellers and be there for marquee games. No more coin to the media companies.
I understand acting in principle but happy I was able to watch this beat down. I don’t have Netflix nor AppleTV and only purchase sport streaming services like Peacock and ESPN. Covers most UConn sports.

I just listened to the game - little audio stream - it was like i was a kid in my room listening to the Whalers games.

I worked in sports media for a long time - I just won't do sports tiers.

I almost bought some tix this AM as it would have helped me erase the debacle I saw at MSG, but I couldn't manage the travel time with client obligations.

Good to hear a performance like this evening.

Me too, but it said the tipoff wasn’t for 30 minutes. It let me ff to the game beginning, but wouldn’t let me catch up through commercials or halftime.

All our games on peacock I have been able to start late and rewind back to the beginning…..except the last one vs Georgetown. I am at my son’s basketball game tonight and want to watch the whole game. Anyone know if the game will be able to start from the beginning tonight or was that a permanent change on the app? Thanks in advance
I dont have that trash app i simply waited and watched the game posted on YouTube after.

Interesting. I fast forwarded through everything. I was only about 5 min behind live feed when I finished.

I believe Michigan has had 8 games on Peacock. NBC paid big dollars and wanted
a few big games. How about instead of complaining you guys ponied up the $10 a month it costs to have it rather than whining.
Isn’t even normal subscription.
I got another message that the game didn’t come with basic subscription.
Greedy. !

People need to get used to live sports being streamed as more games/events are moving that way: NFL/MLB/NHL/NBA/Olympics/golf/soccer/NCAAF/NCAAB/tennis...

I prefer the games on peacock. I love Fanta calling the games.

But you don't have any snow, so you've got that going for you. Just leave work early next time.

I like Peacock production quality and their closed captions are phenomenal. Loved that they show the introductions and capture the energy in the arena.
