I just wanted to post this for people looking for a cheap Peacock subscription to watch UConn game on there this year. If you are existing you can always create a new account with abother email. I know a lot people were asking got this in other threads. This should also work if your subscription had ended recently but to be safe use a new email. DEAL STARTS 11/25/24 at midnight!!!!

We have it for free as a part of our T Mobile plan. If anyone has T Mobile and are anything like me, ask your wife to tell you about it. I had to cancel a couple other paid subscriptions I didn’t know I had for free.

There are 53 B1G games, 41 still to be played plus the first 3 B1G tourney games.

I ended up getting Peacock for free from xfinity because I have platinum status. What does platinum status mean? I think it means I've paid sooo much for cable tv and internet service for sooo many years that they're finally throwing me a bone.

Don't settle for Platinum. Insist on Hyper Elite Platinum.

It's all about how long you've had the service. Platinum is 7-14 years, Diamond is 14+.

Also, you have to sign up for their rewards program. They don't just give it to you like some other companies.

I'm glad I found this. I almost settled for a 10% AARP discount.

I did the $1.99 per month for 6 months. I won't need Peacock after May 2025.
Put a reminder on my calendar to cancel.

For the record, in the profile you can cancel immediately after subscribing and you will still have access to the full year. So you don't have to remember to cancel next year.

Good point. Some of the other streaming services make it difficult to cancel .... (Disney for example) .

We have it with Xfinity, but… you have to watch it on crappy Flex box. I bit and bought the $20.00 1 Year Black Friday offer. It looks much better on my Apple TV and Roku.

Hey thanks 3rdbass for the info. I was able to go to peacocktv.com and get the $20 one year subscription. You don't need to create a new user account if you did have a subscription in the past but had let it lapse. So I simply clicked on the offer, entered a cc number and Peacock was immediately working on my tv and laptop. Even though only 3 UConn games are broadcast this year, I heard half the Big East tourney games will be on Peacock and don’t want to miss them.
