Out of curiosity why do the PR & Media Fees make up such a large % of the contract?
Maybe to limit his pension benefit, because it is not considered salary.

You add in the fact that damn GDL was probably overpaid by at least 100-200k as the assistant HC, OC, and OL and you basically have the $2m salary for the next coach. It is not like Warde is breaking the bank to bring in a top coach.
