At media day Geno said that Yanna is "on hold", what ever that means.Does anyone know what the status of Ayanna's shoulder is? I saw somewhere that there was an update, but I didn't get a chance to read it and now I can't find it.
The shoulder is a poorly designed joint. There are many things that can happen when someone "bangs" it.
So while it's discouraging to know that she's been in a sling for a couple of weeks, at least we haven't heard that she needs (or has had) surgery.
I finally got surgery (not fun, to put it mildly) when my worse one was popping out in my sleep.Things can happens without contact too. Suffered a dislocation myself just going up for a rebound with no one around me while in highschool. Poorly designed joint, is putting it mildly if you ask me.
Golly you poorly designed people are hard to please. The range of motion of the arm, which I suspect you find useful, gives us all sorts of opportunities to injure the shoulder. I wouldn't have it any other way.I finally got surgery (not fun, to put it mildly) when my worse one was popping out in my sleep.
I've designed a lot of stuff, some brilliant, some downright embarrassing, none as bad as a shoulder joint.

Has anyone heard of, or seen anything related to Ayanna's recovery?
I believe that you mean an exhibition game, not a scrimmage. Two completely different types of game. There’s a scrimmage tomorrow. Hopefully we’ll find something out
