For a small village with minimal retail space surrounded by a large university, how how or why is it crazy for a professional property management company to analyze and place a valuation on the property? Regardless, it says immensely more regarding an attractive property with good revenue streams and high quality tenants, e.g., Amazon, Blaze Pizza, Dunkin’ Donuts and T-Mobile, in a target rich, large university campus environment than anything regarding Connecticut's state financial status.
