Marketed as a "sports drink" but it is really bad for you, loads of sugar and sodium, 200 calories in a 32 ounce bottle. So if you workout for a half hour and down one, you are just about breaking even calorie-wise. I`m old enough to remember that when it first came out back in the 70`s, it tasted awful.
