Paige Nominated for NCAA Woman of the Year

Paige is 1 of 2 BE nominees for NCAA Woman of the Year. The other is Villanova track star Roschell Clayton. The award is based on a personal statement submitted by each nominee, leadership and community service, academic performance and athletic excellence. The process starts with individual school nominees which boil down to conference nominees. Ultimately, an NCAA selection committee chooses 10 finalists and then picks the winner. The winner is honored at the NCAA convention in January. Last year’s winner was swimmer Alexandra Turvey from Pomona-Pfizer.
