I would think the off-season is precisely the time to engage in NIL contacts/opportunities/contracts...as opposed to
in-season. I sure do expect players to work on their games in the off-season as well...but not every day.
Taking breaks from the game would be a good thing...just get a nice balance among work-outs/NIL matters and...toss in some recreation and some fun in the sun.
