As the top teams flee for the two super conferences the Pac-12 will clearly have one of two options first complete disintegration or second transformation into a group of five conference. Oregon and Washington are soon to be gone and it'll be very interesting to see what Stanford decides to do. That said the one certainty is utter incompetence historically leading the Pac-12.
