Ill say under but only because it took JC 13 years to get his first when he came to Connecticut. I dont think itll take Hurley that long to win one but im not sure he gets one in his first 5 years. The cupboard isnt as bare as it was when JC first got here but its definitely not as talented as what KO inherited which helped him win one in his second season.
