Trippney interviewed about Paterno / PSU scandal... Anybody else catch it? It replays tomorrow afternoon on ESPN at 3 pm (set our DVRs)... Seems to mean a little more when you put a face to the comments about matter. Wonder if any of this will ultimately affect "BIG TIME" programs in how they run things.... Good argument for the NCAA coming up with some way to regulate pay for play for players imo too.

I saw it and was surprised she wasn't asked about how her past experience at UConn, another major university with a high athletic profile, compared to the culture she dealt with at P State. It appears her experience with UConn football and R Edsall was very different. As for WBBall, it was exemplary. She has, however, in previous articles implied a similarly insular attitude surrounding MBBall and Jim Calhoun. That UConn experience could and should have been referenced to provide greater context to the story, but it wasn't and that surprised me.
