Our region has the toughest 2 seed, 4 seed and 6 seed

And with Terrence Shannon now playing, I think that Illinois is the toughest 3 seed.

And while San Diego State might not be the best 5 seed, they’d be the toughest 5 seed for UConn specifically, since they’d be looking for revenge after losing to UConn in the national championship game last year.

I can’t think of any way the selection committee could have possibly made the bracket any worse for us. And we’re supposed to be the overall #1 seed.

It really pisses me off looking at UNC as a comparison. They have 7 losses in a conference that’s been complete garbage ever since COVID. And they get such a ridiculously easy region.
