While the defense in its surface was good, a defensive possession isn't over until you secure the board. That area was greatly lacking tonight. On the ball defense was pretty solid though.

3 pt defense is a crap shoot according to ken Pom, but our good fortune there was more than offset by their ridiculous ft %. Bizarre stat night, Ollie has a quote on twitter saying blaney has never seen a box score like this.

We had 8 steals (5 for them)

No it wasn't. An early lead on the road is fool's gold. The last 10 minutes of regulation and the OT, our boys were quite good.
