ISU up 3 with the ball and in-bounding with < 30 seconds, defender pulls of the classic flop when making contact with the offensive player trying to catch the in bounds pass. Stuart emphatically makes the offensive foul call from half court opposite side, He was the furthest from the play and had the worst view

I thought to myself this guy really is a jackwagon., He likes to be an impact player, that's just undeniable

"Who the HELL is ranking these officials?" Anyone who has this STUART FOOL ranked # 1 is in need of both a brain and a pair of eyeballs. Stuart ought to be up for review to see if he can even maintain his job let alone be ranked as a good official.
